NATIONAL STANDARDS FRAMEWORK

GOLF ACCREDITATION.

In association with Failte Irelands National Standards Framework,

the First Industry Standards For Golf Courses in Ireland have been launched.

The guidelines follow a customer’s journey through the Booking process,

arrival at the course, reception and information, clubhouse facilities, golf course

standards and post game facilities.

Headfort Golf Club has successfully participated in this independent assessment

and was amongst the first 32 courses in Ireland to be approved under the national

standards framework programme. Our Captain, Tom Briody, attended an

industry-briefing day in Carton House on March 9th 2010 and was presented

with a Certificate of Accreditation.

The benefits of successful participation in this scheme includes;

(1) Assurance to customers of a quality product in our Club.

(2) Use Of "Approved To Failte Ireland Standards" in all our promotional material.

(3) Free listings on all Failte Ireland web sites.

(4) Key Business Supports From Failte Ireland. 

 New Course: The greens on the New Course will be

hollow cored next Monday 8^th March.
